Precautionary Coronavirus Closure

Thank you for your kindness during this unprecedented event. We hope that our proactive closure helps mitigate the effects of the virus so that life can return to normal as soon as possible. We are continually monitoring directives from Governor Pritzker, Cook County, and city officials and will make decisions accordingly. Sadly, while we had hoped to start lessons, family swims, and birthday parties in April, we must continue to do our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19 by abiding and protecting our community. Additionally, the last thing we want you to worry about during this time is your Goldfish membership. Effective for April and until we reopen, we will save your spot in class, but WILL NOT be charging your account. No billing will occur until we have reopened, and all members have been notified through email. The lessons missed in March during this temporary closure have been converted into make-up classes and automatically added to your swimmer’s account. At Goldfish Swim School, one of our core values is to do the right thing, make the right decisions, and treat people with integrity, compassion and trust. As a small family business dedicated to the health and safety of our children, we are extremely grateful for the compassion that you have shown us in our decision to temporarily close. We cannot wait to jump back in the pool with your kiddos and plan to open our doors as soon as it is safe to do so. Please know that we are all in this together. Be safe and stay healthy.
