We know our Goldfish families are busy and don’t have time to mess with sub-par technology. We also understand that our online booking and class management experience hasn’t been as “golden” as we would like. Which is why we are SO EXCITED to announce our brand-new Parent Portal! You will now be able to view our schedule, enroll and pay for classes and even schedule a make-up lesson if you miss a class, right from your computer or mobile device!

Other reasons to get excited:

  • View your current and past transactions!

Now for the technical stuff…

If you are an existing member, please follow these directions:

  • Access the Parent Portal
  • Click “Forgot Password?” (this is key!)
  • Please use the email address you have on file with us
  • Click “Reset Password”
  • From there you can follow the steps in your email to access your account
    • Please note that existing members do not need to create a new account

If you are a first-timer looking to book a class, access the Parent Portal and click “create account” to get started!
