Jeffrey and Larisa met working at an Investment Bank and are having a blast working together again. They have three wonderful, busy children who are all active in many sports. As a family, they love spending time together along with their adorable puppy Zucc, taking bike rides, playing board games, and golf. They are both passionate about swim training and educating children about water safety.

Larisa Posner worked in equity research at a large wall street investment bank prior to becoming a stay at home mom for the past 14 years raising her 3 kids. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Syracuse University. With a strong commitment to kids and education, she decided to jump into the Goldfish pool after seeing the amazing swim progress children make through the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. Larisa believes that knowing how to swim is a vital skill that everyone needs to learn so to be safer in and around water. On her spare time, Larisa enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. In fact, Larisa, her husband, and dog Marley are a Therapy Dog Team and spend time visiting hospice care centers and hospitals in an effort to bring cheer to those who need it most.

Christina is the Assistant General Manager of Livingston and has been at Goldfish since April 2018. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling. Most recently, Christina worked as a Paraprofessional at Montgomery Academy. Other work experience includes Director of Montville Recreation, Guidance intern at Mount Olive High School, and Youth Service Worker, along with several years of experience in retail and customer service.

Tiffany is the Assistant General Manager of Livingston and has been with Goldfish Swim School since they opened in 2017. She graduated from College of Saint Elizabeth with bachelor’s degrees in business and Psychology. Tiffany has been in the aquatics industry since the age of 5, competing in the Junior Olympics and Nationals, and has managed, coached, and taught swim lessons for a total of 15 years. She has always had a love for swimming and water safety and is passionate about sharing this love for the water with as many children as possible. Tiffany is a proud mommy of 2 young children and truly enjoys being a part of Goldfish Swim School!
