How long are you closed?

As we are committed to the safety and well-being of all our members and staff, all of the Goldfish Swim Schools - Franklin has made the decision to temporarily close our facilities effective March 16, 2020. Currently we are planning on being closed through March 30, 2020 and will hopefully reopen for business on March 31, 2020. As the situation around COVID-19 evolves, we will continue to educate ourselves on new information and guidance from local, state, and Federal offices, and monitor the seriousness of the situation. We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure a Golden Experience as we continue to navigate the unfolding events.

Are you open for family swims?

No, our entire facility is closed until March 30, 2020. This includes all activities and events, i.e. swim lessons, family swim, birthday parties, and swim team.

Does anyone at your swim school – customers or staff - have COVID-19?

At this time, we have not been notified or made aware of any confirmed cases at our school. We believe this closure is a prudent step to ensure the safety of all. Our overarching concern is the health of our community.

Are you providing refunds/ credits?

Currently, we will be adding make up tokens for all classes during the closure. Upon reopening, we will have several new options available for families to use the accumulated make up tokens.

What are the next steps after you reopen?

We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure a Golden Experience. Upon reopening, we will have several new options available for families to use accumulated make up tokens added to your account during our closure.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and safety of our schools, and have enforced additional safety precautions and measures, including more frequent, continuous cleaning of the facility and equipment. We will also continue to be diligent in monitoring updates and following official recommendations from the public health authorities in the weeks ahead.

How do I continue to communicate with Goldfish for updates or if I need to discuss options?

Please visit the announcement section of our website to keep updated on the latest news from Goldfish Swim School. If you need to speak with us directly and have questions, please be patient with us given the increased email/call volume. We will do our best to respond to you in a timely manner.

90-Degree Family Fun All Year Long

If you're looking for something out of the ordinary to do as a family, try our fun Family Swim. Family Swim is a great way for children and their families to spend an afternoon or evening together in our shiver-free 90-degree pool. Even better, children can put into practice everything they've learned from their swim lessons.

If you're new to Goldfish, Family Swim is a great way to get a taste of our experience with the whole family!
