The 6 Golden Steps to Ownership
Step 1: Initial Webinar
GET TO KNOW THE GOLDFISH SWIM SCHOOL BUSINESS MODEL
Initial webinar will cover an overall summary of the Goldfish Swim School business. You should be prepared to provide your personal and professional background prior to the webinar. You may inquire as to general availability of desired markets. No demographic or other data will be provided at this time. There may be one or more prospects attending each initial webinar.
Step 2: Financial Pre-Approval
COMPLETE FINANCIAL PRE-QUALIFICATION
Following the Webinar, the FDD will be sent to the Prospect. At that time, the prospect may request to go through the Goldfish Swim School Franchising financial pre-approval process. Goldfish Swim School Franchising will make an introduction to its third party vendor to start the financial pre-approval process. An FDD Call will then be set up to provide an overview of the FDD. Following completion of the FDD you will be asked to approve the form agreements.
Step 3: Prospective Franchisee Presentation
Following financial pre-approval, a presentation will be made by the prospective franchisee to the Goldfish Swim School Franchising Development team. This presentation will include a request for information from the prospect to demonstrate why they would be the best candidate for the award of a franchise in a particular market.
Step 4: Discovery Day
Prospect will attend a Goldfish Swim School Franchising “Discovery Day” which will include a tour of an existing Goldfish Swim School location; visiting the Goldfish Swim School Franchising office; and meeting the Goldfish Swim School Franchising team.
Step 5: Franchise Award
Following Discovery Day, Goldfish Swim School Franchising will notify you whether you have been awarded a franchise.
Step 6: On-boarding & Goldfish University
Following signing of all required documents, prospect travels to the Goldfish Swim School Franchising office to receive On-Boarding training from all departments in preparation for their grand-opening. Then, prior to their school opening, they will take part in the Goldfish University training program. This is designed for owners and general managers and includes classroom and on-the-job experience.
