School Leadership Summit Helps Goldfish Owners and Managers Race to Success

Training resources not only support Goldfish Owners. Goldfish Managers can tap into these opportunities as well. Last week, Goldfish Franchising hosted our School Leadership Summit. Owners and Managers from over 75 schools came to the two-day session. Facilitated by Goldfish Franchising’s Operations and Marketing teams, school leadership teams worked using actual case studies from Goldfish Swim School’s locations working to identify best practices and share knowledge. Cases ranged from safety to enrollment and scheduling, to recruitment and local school marketing. Schools were encouraged to partner with leaders from other schools to broaden their knowledge base and continue to develop a supportive community of Goldfish leaders.

Owners and managers left not only with some new thinking and best practices, but with new colleagues with whom they could continue to collaborate. “One of our core values is doing the right things, making the right decisions, and treating people with integrity, compassion, and trust.
