COVID-19 FAQ

How long are you closed?

As we are committed to the safety and well-being of all our families and team members, we have made the decision to temporarily close our facilities effective Monday, March 16th. As soon as we are able to reopen our schools we will notify our member families and reactivate your account. As the situation around COVID-19 evolves, we will continue to educate ourselves on new information and guidance from local, state, and federal offices, and monitor the seriousness of the situation. We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure a Golden Experience as we continue to navigate the unfolding events.

Are you open for family swims?

Our entire facility is temporarily closed, and this includes all activities and events, i.e. swim lessons, family swim, birthday parties, and Swim Force.

Does anyone at your swim school – customers or staff - have COVID-19?

At this time, we have not been notified or made aware of any confirmed cases or exposure at our school. We believe this closure is a prudent step to ensure the safety of all. Our overarching concern is the health of our community.

Will you be running the April 1st Direct Debit?

We will not be running the Direct Debit on April 1, 2020. We will give all families notice prior to running any future Direct Debits.

Are you providing refunds/credits?

We will be adding makeup tokens for all classes during the closure. Upon reopening, we plan to have several options available for families to use the accumulated make up tokens.

Are you still running Jump Start Clinics over spring break?

As of right now, we do not plan to run Jump Start Clinics during the upcoming spring break vacation week. We will provide updates if anything changes.

What are the next steps after you reopen?

We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure a Golden Experience for all of our guests. Upon reopening, we plan to have several options available for families to use the accumulated makeup tokens that were added to your account during our closure.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and safety of our schools, and will continue to enforce additional safety precautions and measures, including more frequent, continuous cleaning of the facility and equipment. We will also continue to be diligent in monitoring updates and following official recommendations from the public health authorities in the weeks ahead.
