Outstanding staff overall!! They have put so much effort into making sure both of our children are comfortable and having fun.
My older daughter has Miss Clare as a teacher, and absolutely adores her. She’s done an amazing job forming a bond with her and gaining her trust. She used to be horrified of the water and there were always tears before every lesson, but the past few months we have been able to see how much she’s grown to love the water and swim lessons. She is so proud of herself for her swimming skills and I think a big part of that is the way her teacher always shows huge appreciation for whatever she does in the water - little or small. It’s a big confidence booster for her.
