Introducing Facebook Location Pages

I wanted to give you all an update on what you have probably noticed is a bit of a change-up in our Goldfish Facebook pages. I want to start by saying that we’ve been so grateful that so many of you have rallied together to Like Goldfish on Facebook so far.

It gets better. Starting now, you have the ability to receive even more customized Goldfish content by Liking the Goldfish Swim School in your neighborhood!

Starting with Birmingham, we will be creating separate Facebook pages by school, so that you can receive program highlights and important administrative updates (like hour fluctuation, holiday schedules, family swim events, etc.) from your child’s school instead of wading through content and updates from all of our locations that aren’t pertinent to you.

Birmingham parents, friends and students, you can Like the Goldfish Birmingham Facebook page.

Be sure and tell your friends that aren’t yet connected with us online.

Ann Arbor, Farmington Hills, Grand Rapids and Rochester parents, sit tight because your own pages will be rolling out over the next few months. Don’t worry, we will notify you on the main Facebook page when they go live so you can switch to your local Facebook page.

For those of you wondering what will happen to our original page, we will now be using it as a general brand page, sharing updates from all of our different locations, parental and swimming-related articles from trusted sources and information on the journey of becoming a Goldfish franchisee, among others.

For those of you who are interested in learning about what it takes to become a Goldfish franchisee…or even about our upcoming locations…you can visit our new Goldfish franchise Facebook page.

Again, thank you for your support, and we look forward to continue connecting with you on social media in 2012!
