Goldfish Summer Sports Camp Policies AGES: 4-11 year olds. Children must be potty trained to attend camp. PAYMENTS: Payment is due in full for your first week at time of registration. Payment is due one week prior to each additional week. NO REFUNDS. NO MAKE-UPS. NO PARTIAL WEEKS OR DROP-INS: We do not offer refunds or make-ups for missed days. We do not offer partial weeks or drop-ins. WITHDRAWALS: -A completed Goldfish Summer Sports Camp withdrawal form must be submitted. -Withdrawal forms received 10 days prior to the week of withdrawal: Full refund. -Withdrawal forms received less then 10 days prior: $75 withdrawal fee per child, remaining payment refunded. -Withdrawal after start of session: Entire payment will be forfeited. EXTENDED STAY: Extended stay is available from 7:30-8:30am and 3:30-6:00pm Monday through Friday. Any child left after 3:30pm is automatically enrolled in after care and charged approprietly. Example: Your child is at after care from 3:30-3:31 you will be billed for a 1/2 hour or $2. Any campers left after 6:00pm will be charged $5 per minute, per child. The late fee payments are due upon pick-up in cash or check only, no exceptions. MEDICATIONS: (if applicable) Complete the Medical Permission form and turn in to camp director. SIGN-IN & SIGN-OUT: All campers must be signed in and out every day by a parent or guardian. WHAT TO BRING: Campers must wear gym shoes to camp. Sandals and flip flops are ONLY to be worn on pool deck. Bring a towel, swimsuit, hat and sunscreen. Please come to camp with sunscreen on. Do not bring valuables (game boys, trading cards, personal sports equipment, etc.) Please have everything clearly labeled with child's name! LUNCH/SNACK: Children are to bring brown bag lunches. Snacks are provided at the end of the day. Water is provided at all times! |
